At BagGuys, we ship all orders from our warehouse in New South Wales, using Australia Post and other logistic companies as our trusted shipping partner.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays). Orders placed before 11am (AEST) on business days will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after 11am will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed after 11am on Fridays or over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day.
Please be mindful that during peak shopping periods—such as Black Friday, Christmas, or Back to School—there may be slight delays in our dispatch times or in the Australia Post delivery network, which are unfortunately beyond our control.
During our sale periods, Express Shipping may be temporarily unavailable due to high order volumes. In such cases, Standard Shipping will apply.
Australia Post provides estimated delivery timeframes, but please note that local delivery conditions can affect these estimates. Once a parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, any changes to the delivery timeframe are beyond our control.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our shipping capabilities in the future.
Please note we do not offer click-and-collect services at this time. All orders must be shipped to your nominated delivery address.
