Returns Policy

At BagGuys, we take pride in our products and hope you’ll love them as much as we do! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding any shipping fees).

Please note that returns for change of mind are only accepted for items that are unused, in their original condition, with all packaging and tags attached. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with change of mind returns.

We’ll issue the refund once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.

To avoid any damage during transit, please pack your return carefully. BagGuys Pty Ltd is not liable for any lost or damaged items returned for a change of mind refund.
Don’t forget to include a copy of your order confirmation inside the package so we can process your refund quickly!

Do You Allow Exchanges?

Currently, we don’t offer exchanges. Managing exchanges can be challenging, especially during busy shopping periods, and we’d hate for you to miss out if an item goes out of stock. Instead, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original product for a refund. Please note that shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
